Death Means Happiness

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

Yesterday was a day of remembrance for a light in my heart. He was nearly 90 years old and his life was a wonder of searching for the true meaning of consciousness, spirit, death and re-birth. This man had been on a journey since his twenties developing his consciousness and his true inner being. He was not afraid to pass from this life and was joyful to be leaving for something wonderful, he knew was going to happen.

You never met him, yet he shone a light to everyone he met and touched. He was one of the most spiritual and beautiful people I ever had the pleasure to know. His name was Owen Evans and he was my grandfather. I honor him today, by sharing him with you and to everyone else that will read this. The last few months of his life became the most memorable to me. Owen had accumulated over 65 years of research into Consciousness and Spirit.

Some Religious doctrine has been taught us that if we are bad we are going to hell. Most people become afraid of death because of these lies we have been taught. There is about as much truth in this sentence, as a child’s fairytale story.

For weeks now I have been sharing that you are SPIRIT, whether your choice is to be such… or not. That spiritual essence in you, knows only love and goodness.

If you are a person of faith and have been taught the hell speech, then deep inside, you already know there are some things that just don’t add up.

It just doesn’t make sense that a GOD, who proclaims such love and goodness, would subject his children to burn in hell for all eternity. It just doesn’t make sense. Or if Jesus is a god, why does he need to pray to himself?

This ideology and thinking is so warped and non-sensical. Twisted religious, messages carried down through time. So doesn’t it make better sense that if these lies have been told to mankind, that the death and passing stage is also a huge mis-interpretation in religious doctrine too?

Death is just another evolutionary stage in our spiritual being. There is no fear involved in it. Owen, knew he was passing and he was happy to leave this life. Riches and wealth was never on Owen’s mind, just wisdom and truth. That was granted to him. Even with his last breath Owen made a simple gesture of “that was it for me,” and then died.

On the other side of the spiritual realm, I was filled in into what happened to Owen. Owen was warmly greeted and welcomed by many spiritual beings. It was also mentioned to Owen, there were other spiritual beings were also there for him, on his granddaughters behalf. The only thing I asked for was a smooth transition for Owen, as he passed.
The Collective told me, he was so joyful and was behaving like a new born baby. Owen made a comment like “ So this is what it really is?”

My story has a point here, rejoice in this time of your loved ones passing, and do not become weighed down in sorrow. They are no longer in pain, they are peaceful and for the first time, they truly come to understand about that elusive being inside of us we call “Spirit.” The few weeks that these new beautiful spirits have to adjust is normal, but after that they bless, renew, comprehend and evolve. The cycle of life re-lives itself again. If the spirit being chooses to try life once more and challenge themselves, that is also an option. It is one great big creative, energy circle that never ends. So with this knowledge in mind,  I am really overcome with joy today, for my grandfather Owen and his passing away.Be happy for your loved ones passing, because they certainly they.

Many Blessings and Joy to all of you, grieving today.

Michael Jackson: HIStory Ends

Friday, July 3rd, 2009

The man known the world over for his contributions that helped to shape pop music culture, Michael Jackson, died Thursday, June 25th, 2009, after being rushed to UCLA Hospital in full cardiac arrest. The “King of Pop” was pronounced dead, shocking the world, at 2:26 pm after well over an hour of resuscitation attempts. His brother, Jermaine, announced the news on live television and respectfully requested that the paparazzi consider the family and respect their privacy during this unexpected and sorrowful occurrence. For those that believe in superstition, Jackson completed the “rule of three” with his passing. Two other world renowned stars preceded him in death by mere hours; Ed McMahon and Farrah Fawcett.

Michael Jackson Trivia surely reveals much of the following. Born on the 29th of August, 1958, he became the Jackson family’s seventh child. Like his brothers and sisters, the world watched him grow into an adult. He soon made his mark on the world as the “King of Pop” and was ranked with such music icons as the Beatles and “The King” himself, Elvis Presley. In an almost unusual pairing, Jackson had, for a short time, been married to Lisa Marie Presley. The couple soon divorced after only 2 years of marriage. No children were conceived during their marriage.

His second marriage, with Dermatologist Deborah Rowe, produced two children. Again, the marriage ended in divorce. Michael Jr. (Prince Michael) and Paris Michael were both granted to Jackson during the 1999 divorce proceedings.

Of course, one of Jackson’s most infamous incidents involved his third child, Prince Michael (better known as Blanket). Shortly after the child’s birth, Jackson shocked the world again, though this time it wasn’t with music. He dangled his newborn child over a four story balcony railing while paparazzi videotaped and photographed the infant. His irresponsibility was quickly the biggest headline the world over, and Jackson issued a public apology for the “mistake” a short while later.

Aside from his record breaking albums, such as Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, and HIStory, Michael Jackson also experienced publicity that wasn’t nearly as positive as his record sales. In 1993, allegations of sexual abuse arose. A boy of 13, Jordan Chandler, claimed that Jackson had fondled him, among other things. Jackson was advised, and eventually did, settle the incident monetarily out of court. Jackson had been accused of similar abuse prior to this incident by his maid’s son. He was also accused of similar acts during a 2005 case against him involving another boy. This case actually went to trial and Jackson was found not guilty.

Jackson’s life has definitely been iconic in more ways than one and his legacy will surely live on in the hearts of his fans.  Of course, to find out more Michael Jackson trivia, a quick search will surely satisfy your appetite. Other individuals may find Farrah Fawcett trivia more interesting.
